I had a lovely stay at the Hard Days Night Hotel, enjoying the unique Beatles-themed atmosphere. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Liverpool, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, the service could improve, as the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. Overall, it's a fun place to stay, especially for Beatles fans.

Rooms

The room I stayed in had an amazing theme and included some nice automated features. However, I did notice that the beds were just two singles pushed together, which created a noticeable height difference, though they were comfortable overall.
Service
6.0
While the staff was generally friendly, I noticed they were often spread thin. I had some difficulty getting responses when I called reception.
Location

The hotel is perfectly situated near the Cavern Club and other nearby attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
Dining

I didn't have many dining experiences during my stay, but it was nice that breakfast included hot drinks and biscuits. I think the breakfast area could be better organized, though.
Facilities

The hotel offers a range of amenities such as housekeeping and ticket assistance, but I wish there was more information about what services were provided without needing to ask.

I recently stayed at the Hard Days Night Hotel and had a pretty good time overall. My room was spacious and well-kept, featuring a comfy bed and nice views. However, I did notice some issues like toenail clippings on the floor and the noisy surroundings when I was initially placed in room 402. After switching to a higher floor, it was much better! The location is spot on for exploring the city, but the bar can get a bit rowdy with outside guests.

I recently had a short break at the Hard Days Night Hotel, which was a mix of highs and lows. The location is excellent-just around the corner from Matthew Street and the Cavern-and I loved the Beatles-themed decor. However, I faced some issues with service and room maintenance that impacted my overall experience. Despite these setbacks, I found the stay nice, especially due to the friendly staff and the vibrant atmosphere.

Rooms
6.0
My room was clean and quiet, but I found the lighting quite dreadful and lacked some essential amenities like a magnifying mirror. It felt a bit cramped compared to other hotels I've stayed in.
Service

Although most of the staff were friendly, there were definitely some gaps in service. I encountered long waits for breakfast and some confusion with my room servicing requests.
Location

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore shops and nightlife. It's a fantastic base for seeing all the major sights.
Dining

Breakfast had a wide selection, but on my second day, it was poorly stocked and disorganized. Some items weren't replenished in time, which was disappointing.
Facilities

The hotel offers good facilities, but I noticed that the bar was often understaffed, and there was a noticeable delay in service during busy times.

I was genuinely excited to stay at Hard Days Night Hotel, especially being a Beatles fan. However, my overall experience was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Liverpool, but I faced several issues during my stay that really affected my enjoyment.

Rooms

I found the room quite spacious and loved the decor, but the shower was either too hot or too cold. Also, some rooms seemed poorly maintained with cleanliness issues, like stains and unflushed toilets.

The reception staff were friendly and eager to help, which I appreciated. However, follow-up on my concerns was lacking, and I found myself repeatedly reaching out for assistance.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Liverpool. It's right next to Mathew Street, making it convenient for a night out, but I was disturbed by late-night noise from the street and trains.

Breakfast was unfortunately disappointing. The porridge was lumpy, and I often found the coffee situation subpar. Even though it was a reasonable price, I expected better quality.
